If you’re a new patient we would like to warmly welcome you to Red Hill Dental Practice. As a new patient you will be asked to complete a medical history form. This will help us understand your current oral and general health, make our team aware of any medications you may be taking as well as any treatments you have had previously. This form is essential when it comes to advising on treatments.
It’s important that you make sure you provide all the information regarding medication you’re currently taking as some drugs might interfere with dental procedures. If you’re unsure of anything, please don’t hesitate to ask our friendly team, they’re here to help you.
