Dr. Matthew Gannon graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1993 and brings decades of experience across public, private, and Australian Army dentistry. With an Honours degree in science, Dr. Matt combines scientific rigor with a calm, methodical approach.

He enjoys all aspects of general and complex dentistry, from gentle cleans to root canals, crowns, and bridges. Known for his approachability and exceptional gentleness, he excels at putting anxious patients at ease. He takes the time to honestly explain treatment options without pressure, ensuring patients achieve confident, lasting oral health.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Matt is a trade-qualified structural steel welder who loves building, renovating, and helping out on his sister’s farm. He brings this same practical, detail-focused mindset to his dentistry, always aiming for precision results that stand the test of time.

Dr. Julia Gellatly

Dr. Julia Gellatly

Dr Julia Gellatly has practiced on the Mornington Peninsula for over 15 years. Julia graduated her Bachelor of Dental Science with honors in 2009, having been awarded numerous awards throughout her education. Julia graduated from Monash with a Masters of Forensic Medicine in 2020 and is now a qualified Forensic Odontologist.

Julia particularly enjoys restorative work, pediatric dentistry, and alleviating anxiety in apprehensive patients. She has a gentle approach and spends a lot of time educating her patients on procedures, outcomes and talks them through procedures to minimize discomfort, removing the element of surprise.

When not at work, Julia is a keen distance runner, having completed several marathons and ultramarathons. She is most at home running the trails through the bush locally or up and down Arthurs Seat. Julia lives locally in Red Hill with her husband and two children and is keenly interested in native reforestation, her worm farms and sustainable, regenerative agriculture.  When not getting her hands dirty in soil or compost, she enjoys baking and cooking, winning multiple awards and Aggregate Ribbons at the annual Red Hill Show.

With over 35 years’ practice and a wealth of experience and knowledge, Dr. Paul is a well-established dentist in Red Hill. Highly professional and skilled in all areas of general, cosmetic, restorative and surgical dentistry including implant planning and placement.

He has undergone training at the Las Vegas Institute and is a proud member of the Australian Dental Association and VDEAS Study Group.  He is passionate about providing his patients with quality, tailored treatments.

Ms. Skye Greenhill

Skye is a registered dental practitioner who provides a wide range of preventive and restorative dental care for all ages but loves treating children and young adults the most! Skye has been practicing Dental Therapy since graduating from The University of Melbourne in 2004 and completed her Post Graduate Certificate in Dental Therapy (Advanced Clinical Practice) in 2010.  Skye’s passion is to eliminate phobia and anxiety in the dental environment.

Skye has enjoyed being a clinical demonstrator with The University of Melbourne undergraduate and postgraduate student programs, working with orthodontic practices and completing extra oral radiography courses including CBCT training. 

Creating trust, showing empathy and building a good rapport with patients both young and old is very important to Skye. She is dedicated to providing patients with the highest standard of care and attends regular Continuing Professional Development programs to keep up to date with the best evidence-based practice.

Skye is a proud mum to her young family and an active member of the Mornington Peninsula community. You will find her cheering on at the local basketball stadiums and footy fields on most weekends!  

Dr. Sui Kong

Dr. Sui works primarily in private practice, where she is committed to building long-term patient relationships based on trust, empathy, and open communication. 

Dr. Sui is deeply committed to community service and charity work. She has volunteered with St Vincent’s, providing dental care to people experiencing homelessness, and has also volunteered internationally in India and Vietnam, treating children and Tibetan refugees. These experiences have strongly shaped her compassionate, patient-centred approach to care. 

Dr. Sui enjoys all aspects of dentistry, with particular interests in aesthetic dentistry, sleep dentistry, breathing-related concerns, and TMJ pain management. Her focus is always on delivering high-quality, comfortable care tailored to each patient’s individual needs.  

Outside of dentistry, you’ll find her chasing waves, out in the garden, and having adventures with her daughter.

Dr. Chris Wooldridge

Dr. Chris is a highly skilled and approachable dentist, passionate about helping patients clearly understand their options and ensuring they feel completely comfortable throughout their care. Dedicated to lifelong learning, he undertakes extensive additional training each year and is committed to using the latest technology and techniques in his daily practice.

He holds two postgraduate diplomas from the Royal College of Surgeons in London, alongside a Master Class in Implant Dentistry from the University of Melbourne.

While practising as a general dentist rather than a registered specialist, his formal postgraduate training has focused heavily on Dental Implants, Crowns, and Root Canal Treatment. Because of this advanced skill set, the teams at Red Hill and Flinders Dental Practices frequently refer patients to him for these specific procedures.

Dr. Chris is an active member of the Australian Dental Association, the Australasian Osseointegration Society, The Royal College of Surgeons, and the International Team for Implantology. Through these professional networks, he has cultivated strong relationships with trusted local specialists, enabling him to refer patients when it is in their best interest, seamlessly.

Outside of clinical practice, Dr. Chris enjoys spending time with his young family and can often be found exploring the beautiful beaches and walking trails around the Mornington Peninsula.
