Skye Greenhill

Dental therapist

Skye is a registered dental practitioner who provides a wide range of preventive and restorative dental care for all ages, with a particular fondness for treating children and young adults. She has been practising dental therapy since graduating from The University of Melbourne in 2004, and completed her Postgraduate Certificate in Dental Therapy (Advanced Clinical Practice) in 2010. Skye's particular interest is in helping patients feel less anxious in the dental environment.

Skye has enjoyed being a clinical demonstrator with The University of Melbourne undergraduate and postgraduate student programs, working with orthodontic practices and completing extra-oral radiography courses including CBCT training.

Creating trust, showing empathy and building a good rapport with patients both young and old is very important to Skye. She is dedicated to providing patients with thoughtful, careful care and attends regular Continuing Professional Development programs to keep up to date with current evidence-based practice.

Skye is a proud mum to her young family and an active member of the Mornington Peninsula community. You will find her cheering on at the local basketball stadiums and footy fields on most weekends.

Dr Paul Gleeson, Dentist at Red Hill Dental Practice

With more than 35 years in practice, Dr Paul is a long-standing dentist in Red Hill. He works across general, cosmetic, restorative and surgical dentistry, including implant planning and placement.

He has undergone training at the Las Vegas Institute and is a proud member of the Australian Dental Association and the VDEAS Study Group. He is passionate about tailoring treatment to the individual patient.

Dr Sui Kong, Dentist at Red Hill Dental Practice

Dr Sui is committed to building long-term patient relationships based on trust, empathy and open communication.

Dr Sui is deeply committed to community service and charity work. She has volunteered with St Vincent's, providing dental care to people experiencing homelessness, and has also volunteered internationally in India and Vietnam, treating children and Tibetan refugees. These experiences have strongly shaped her compassionate, patient-centred approach to care.

Dr Sui enjoys all aspects of dentistry, with particular interests in cosmetic dentistry, dental sleep medicine (oral appliances for snoring and sleep apnoea) and jaw joint (TMJ) pain. Her focus is on providing thoughtful, careful care tailored to each patient's individual needs.

Outside of dentistry, you'll find her chasing waves, out in the garden, and having adventures with her daughter.

Dr Belinda FeldmanBDSc (Hons) (Melb)

Dentist

Dr Belinda Feldman graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Science (Honours) from the University of Melbourne in 2003. She has more than 20 years of clinical experience and has practised at dental practices across Melbourne.

Dr Belinda has a particular interest in cosmetic and complex restorative dentistry, and has completed further training in comprehensive treatment planning, full-mouth rehabilitation and 3D digital smile design. She takes a careful, evidence-based approach, tailored to each patient.

She is particularly drawn to multidisciplinary care and enjoys collaborating with her team on complex cases.

Dr Belinda aims to be calm, open and thoughtful with every patient, so they feel informed and supported throughout their care.

Dr Chris Wooldridge, Dentist at Red Hill Dental Practice

Dentist

Dr Chris is an approachable dentist who enjoys helping patients understand their options and feel at ease throughout their care. He is committed to lifelong learning, completing further training every year and using current techniques and technology in his everyday practice.

After graduating from the University of Manchester in 2011, Dr Chris completed two postgraduate qualifications with the Royal College of Surgeons of England: Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties and a three-year Diploma in Restorative Dentistry. He has also completed the University of Melbourne's Master Class in Principles of Surgical and Restorative Implant Dentistry, a continuing professional development program.

His main clinical interests are root canal treatment, crowns, dental implants (including bone grafting where needed) and planning more complex restorative care. Other dentists also refer patients to him for these treatments. His approach centres on careful planning, clear explanations and talking through the options with each patient, always with their best interests at heart.

Dr Chris practises as a general dentist and is not a registered specialist. He is a member of the Australian Dental Association, the Australasian Osseointegration Society, the Royal College of Surgeons of England and the International Team for Implantology, and works with local specialists, referring patients to them where that is appropriate.

Outside the practice, Dr Chris enjoys time with his young family, exploring the beaches and walking trails of the Mornington Peninsula.

Alice, Dental hygienist at Red Hill Dental Practice

Alice

Dental hygienist

Alice started her dental career in 2005 as a dental nurse in Rye. Loving the field but wanting to develop professionally, she went on to study dental hygiene in Adelaide, graduating in 2011. Alice has worked in both general and orthodontic practices, and has been part of the Red Hill Dental team since 2016. She has particular interests in periodontal (gum) health and children's orofacial development.

Alice is kind, empathetic and non-judgemental, and understands that many people feel anxious about visiting the dentist. She enjoys educating and supporting her patients to maintain good oral health. Alice is a member of the Dental Hygienists' Association of Australia and regularly attends courses to keep her skills and knowledge up to date.

Outside of work, Alice loves getting outdoors with friends, yoga, reading, podcasts, and supporting the Navy Blues.

Catherine is a registered dental hygienist with a passion for preventive dentistry. She joined the team in 2016 after completing her studies in Adelaide in 2012 and working alongside both general dentists and orthodontists.

Catherine has a keen interest in the prevention of oral disease and enjoys supporting patients' overall health with tailored oral hygiene care. She aims to help patients feel at ease in the dental chair.

Catherine lives locally on the peninsula with her husband and young children and enjoys the beach and yoga.

Sarah has been in the dental industry for twenty years and graduated as a dental hygienist in Adelaide in 2015 as dux of her class. She moved to the peninsula in 2016 and has since had two daughters.

Sarah enjoys educating patients about the benefits of preventive dentistry and hopes to have a positive influence not only on patients' oral health, but also their overall health, confidence and wellbeing. She enjoys building a relationship with each of her patients and tailoring a gentle yet thorough approach to their care.

Sarah's calm, relaxed demeanour helps even nervous patients feel at ease in the dental chair, supporting them to maintain their health and feel confident in their smile.

Jenna has been part of Red Hill Dental Practice for over ten years. She began as a trainee dental nurse and has grown alongside the practice into her current role as Practice Manager.

Jenna loves getting to know patients and making sure everyone who visits feels welcome, from the moment they walk through the door. She is proud of the team, the culture they have built together and everything they have achieved over the years.

Outside of work, Jenna loves spending time with her two young children. They enjoy camping, exploring the outdoors and heading off on family adventures together.

Mel has been part of Red Hill Dental Practice for over twenty-five years. She first joined for work experience before being offered a trainee dental assistant role, then moved through reception into her current position as Practice Supervisor.

What Mel values most is the personal relationships built with patients over many years. She is a familiar face to many in the Red Hill community, and after all this time still enjoys that no two days are quite the same.

Outside of work, Mel loves travelling with her family, with a trip through Europe on the horizon. Closer to home, you'll find her in the garden or out walking her pug, Oreo.
