We start by listening: your history, any concerns, past experiences, and what you'd like from your teeth in the years ahead.
A thorough examination
A full assessment of teeth, gums, bite and soft tissues, with digital imaging only where it genuinely helps the diagnosis.

We show you what we've found on screen, in plain language, so you can see the same thing we're seeing.
A plan and a cost
Priorities, options and a written plan with itemised costs before anything begins. Nothing proceeds until you're comfortable with it. For more complex plans, a dedicated treatment co-ordinator supports you and is your main point of contact throughout.
A comprehensive new patient package
Your first appointment is a single 90-minute visit that brings together everything we need to understand your mouth, with the dentist of your choice. The package is capped at $395, and everything listed is included in that price.
This is the comprehensive first visit. If you're in pain and need to be seen quickly, that's a different and shorter appointment, dealing only with the problem that brought you in; we'll explain the cost when you call.
Eligible children under the Child Dental Benefits Schedule are seen with no gap to pay.

HD low-dose digital X-rays
Discussed with you first, then as many as are clinically needed, including a digital full-mouth OPG scan.
Gum assessment and full-mouth clean
A thorough assessment and clean with the dental hygienist of your choice, finished with Airflow GBT rather than a traditional polish.
Optional fluoride strengthening treatment
Discussed with you on the day, and included if you choose it.
Helpful things to know
- What to bring
- Your health fund card, Medicare card, a list of any medicines you take, and any recent X-rays or treatment plans from a previous dentist.
- Health funds
- We process on-the-spot HICAPS claims with most health funds, so you usually only pay any gap on the day. We have no preferred-provider arrangements with any health fund.
- Payment
- HICAPS, EFTPOS and card, cash, Afterpay and humm.
- Access
- Step-free access throughout, with accessible parking at the door.
- Children
- Children are welcome from their first tooth. Eligible children are seen under the Child Dental Benefits Schedule with no gap to pay.
- Nervous patients
- Tell us when you call. We'll allow extra time, go at your pace and stop whenever you need us to.
